Me and my husband moved in 2021. The place is quiet and it's beautiful. The neighbors are nice. And also whenever we need something maintenance is always on site and came to fix things quickly. The price is quite reasonable. I love this place. It's close to my husband work place too so it's very convenient. - Verified Resident

So far I haven't had any bad experiences. Everything is simply, beautifully kept up. And lots of renovations being done, and if they are anything like the ones done on my apt. they are beautifully done as well. I am very pleased to be living in the little studio apt. Wanted to shout out Christina the manager for being persistent on getting things done that needed updated in my apartment. Shout out to Joe the maintenance man for caring and promptly fixing my floor in my bathroom and putting in my closet doors.
