Every apartment is cleaned, painted and has the carper cleaned or replaced prior to move-in. The Property Manager also inspects each unit before it is deemed ready.
You can contact the Leasing Office during normal business hours or call the stand-by emergency maintenance number for any after-hours emergency maintenance needs.
Maintenance issues are handled in the order in which they are received with any emergency maintenance needs taking precedence.
You can contact the stand-by maintenance technician, via the stand-by emergency number, and a maintenance technician will unlock your apartment after your identification has been verified.
Yes, hanging pictures and other decorations is encouraged! If you would like to paint your apartment you will need to check with the Property Manager first.
Swimming pool with large sundeck, clubhouse, grills, and we are close to parks and walking trails.
Yes, there is free lot parking as long as vehicles are registered with the office.
Yes, in certain buildings.
Pet rent is $20 per month and there's a non-refundable $150 pet fee. Two pets are allowed per unit.

Yes, we offer furnished apartments. Please contact the leasing office for details.
Yes, we offer leases from 6-15 months.
Due to COVID-19 we will no longer be able to accept packages in our office.
There are no quiet hours. We charge a fee to rent our community building where applicable.

Guests can stay on the property as long as they do not stay for an extended period and are not receiving mail.
Yes, we offer long term lease discounts but not for paying in advance.
Price depends on lease term left and amount of rent paid per month.
Yes, this community offers reduced rental rates for long-term residents, seniors, military and emergency service personnel. Eligible residents receive a 3% rent discount during a lease term. It's referred to as the Appreciation Program.

From I-94, take the Helmer Road exit and head north on Helmer Rd. Go south toward Potters Dr. and use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto M-96 W/W Dickman Rd/Helmer Rd N. Turn left and the community entrance will be on your left.
Dickman Road, if you pass Hill Brady Rd. then youve gone too far.
