Pet Policy

A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs are permitted. The weight of any individual dog or cat cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two animals cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered. 

Prior to moving in a pet, a resident pays a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $200 and additional pet rent of $25 per pet a month per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Contact us for more information.

A refreshing pool with sundeck and wi-fi is also available and ready to help you stay cool on hot summer days, while our beautiful community building is the perfect place to hang out and catch up with friends and family. For even more convenience, we added laundry facilities, bike racks, off-street parking, 24-hour emergency maintenance services, and have the gas for hot water, cooking and heating included in the monthly rent.  Inside your new pet-friendly studio, one or two-bedroom apartment in Springfield you’ll be welcomed by generous bedrooms, ample closet space, equipped kitchens, and even a private patio or balcony.

Apart from offering everything you need for comfortable living, our community allows you to reach anything and everything you need in mere minutes. We have a city bus shelter at the entrance of our community, easy access to JC Cinema, Lakeview Square Mall, Meijer, and Family Fare, and enjoy being close to top employers like Denso, TRMI or EPI. Downtown Springfield and Battle Creek are just a short drive away, while the easy access to M-94, I-194, and I-94 makes any commute feel like a walk in the park.
